Raghavan
Mayur
President & Founder
Prior
to founding TechnoMetrica, Mayur was a market research analyst with
AT&T and a bio-statistician with the University of Medicine and
Dentistry of New Jersey. His contributions in the medical area have
appeared in leading journals such as Lancet and Clinical
Infectious Diseases.
Mayur graduated from Loyola College in Madras, India in 1974, and
in 1980 received a BS in Civil Engineering from the Birla Institute
of Technology and Science in Pilani, India. He completed his MS
degree in Environmental Engineering at the New Jersey Institute
of Technology in 1987. Mayur has also completed all course work
for a Ph.D. in Operations Research at the Graduate School of Management
at Rutgers University. Mayur has taught Database Management Systems
at the MBA level at Rutgers University and Statistics at the undergraduate
level at Seton Hall University. Mayur is a member of the American
Association of Public Opinion Research.
Mayur
is also the head of TIPP (the TechnoMetrica Institute of Policy
& Politics), the polling arm of TechnoMetrica. He has spoken
numerous times on both radio and television about the TIPP presidential
polling results, and results from our TIPP polls are published weekly
in Investor’s Business Daily and the Christian Science Monitor.
Clare
Sherlock
Vice President & Director of Research
A seasoned
professional, Clare directs large-scale survey projects from inception
to conclusion. She has more than a decade of experience conducting
and managing both qualitative and quantitative research. Her areas
of expertise include project design and administration, questionnaire
design, data analysis, report writing, and qualitative analysis.
Her
academic training provides a solid foundation for working in the
market research industry. Clare received her BA in Psychology from
William Paterson University in New Jersey. She earned her MA in
Cognitive Psychology from Rutgers University, where she is also
ABD for her Doctorate degree. As a research associate at Rutgers,
Clare specialized in studies in the fields of Social Psychology,
Conflict Resolution, and Psycholinguistics. Clare is a member of
the American Marketing Association and the American Association
of Public Opinion Research and has received numerous certifications
in Market Research from various industry organizations.
Tatiana
Koudinova
Senior Statistician & New Product Development
Tatiana
is a highly qualified specialist in Applied Statistics, with years
of experience conducting research and statistical analysis for financial,
marketing, and business applications. Tatiana is our lead statistician
and directs all multivariate statistical modeling, econometric modeling,
and sampling. Tatiana led the team that developed our well-known TIPP
Economic Optimism Index, which is followed closely by leading stock
market analysts and covered widely in the media.
Tatiana
has extensive experience analyzing international data, acquired
during her work in England, Russia, and the United States. She also
spent more than ten years lecturing on Econometrics, Multivariate
Statistics and Forecasting Methods at St. Petersburg State University
in Russia, where she earned her Doctorate in Applied Mathematics.
She has also taken course work in leading educational institutions
in Norway, Poland and England.
Steve
Larson
Statistician & Project Manager
Steve
is a skilled statistician and quality control methodologist. Steve
has conducted numerous large-scale research studies, and has an in-depth
knowledge of sampling techniques, multivariate statistical analysis,
and interpretation of data. In addition to specializing in data management,
Steve manages all aspects of research projects including questionnaire
design, interpretation of data, and report writing. Steve also develops
and manages Internet surveys.
After
receiving one of twelve national Carl C. Conway Scholarships, Steve
attended the University of Connecticut where he earned his Bachelor's
degree in Mathematics and Statistics.
Mireille
Moga
Project Manager
As
an experienced Project Manager and focus group moderator, Mireille
is skilled in executing various types of projects efficiently, effectively
and with a fresh approach. In addition to managing research projects,
she is also responsible for the development and maintenance of the
company's websites and communications materials. She brings a creative
flare to Internet and marketing concepts and products, and various
design projects such as surveys, CD-ROMs and our graphic design needs.
Mireille's
prior experience includes working in ad design and photography in
the newspaper industry. Mireille earned both her Bachelor's in Studio
Art and Bachelor's in Management from Binghamton University and
speaks Romanian, French and Italian.
Susheel
Philip
Project Manager
Susheel
first joined TechnoMetrica as an intern in a rigorous management training
program during which he worked directly under executives of the company
and received intensive training in all aspects of survey research
from sampling to writing reports.
In
the ensuing years he has advanced to the position of Project Manager,
and is skilled in project design, questionnaire development, data
analysis, and report writing. In addition, Susheel is actively involved
with new product development and has been certified as a focus group
moderator.
Susheel earned his Bachelor's degree Magna Cum Laude from The College
of New Jersey where he studied Psychology and Marketing. He is currently
pursuing his Masters in Project Management from Stevens Institute
of Technology.
Constantine Kambanis
Analyst
An
experienced and talented research analyst, Constantine brings a unique
mix of both strong analytical and verbal skills to the table. These
abilities allow him to play an integral part in both quantitative
and qualitative data analysis as well as in report writing. In addition,
Constantine is a specialist in secondary research. He has developed
several unique market models that have proven successful in accurately
depicting the nature, size and behavior of US industries such as writing
instruments, school and office supplies, and leisure travel.
Constantine
attended Rutgers University, where he earned a BS degree in Engineering
and minored in Physics. During his college career, Constantine was
involved in both theoretical and practical studies in fields as
disparate as quantum mechanics and hydropower generation. In his
spare time, he writes books, designs websites and has an academic
interest in developments within the CIS nations. Constantine is
also fluent in Greek.
Yonca
Kocak
Analyst
Subsequent
to working in various managerial positions, where she was involved
with the development of business plans, budgets and sales strategies,
Yonca joined TechnoMetrica as a full-time Analyst. In this position,
she draws on her university level experience in survey research, and
is primarily responsible for secondary research & data analysis.
Yonca is also an integral part of the project management team, assisting
senior managers in smoothly implementing client specifications.
Yonca attended Istanbul University, where she earned her BA in Business
Administration, and Montclair State University, earning an MBA in
Management.
Ann Hroncich
Senior Supervisor
Ann
has many years of experience working in market research, and is TechnoMetrica’s
lead research supervisor. In this role, she is primarily responsible
for ensuring that our executive interviewers adhere to the highest
standards of data collection and that the company’s in-house,
40-station phone room is fully optimized and ready to fulfill the
needs of our clients. Through her years of loyal service, Ann has
honed our interviewer team into an effective, agile, responsive and
attentive interviewing force.
In addition to these accomplishments, Ann is a human resource specialist,
and has streamlined many of the company’s functions including
payroll, scheduling and mailroom operations, and has been instrumental
in expanding TechnoMetrica's phone room capabilities.
Bruna Onorato
Senior Manager of Business Development
Bruna
has worked with TechnoMetrica for many years and has taken over the
mantle of developing and managing new business relationships for the
company. In this capacity, Bruna draws on the experience she developed
working for organizations such as Abraham & Strauss and Equitable
Life Assurance Society of the United States (now AXA Financial), where
she honed her managerial skills and was instrumental in ensuring that
communication of insurance and loan policy issues were properly administered.
At TechnoMetrica, Bruna has spearheaded corporate communications and
has been instrumental in launching the company’s syndicated
reports division.
Bruna
attended CUNY, Hunter College, where she earned a BA degree in Economics
and Business Administration and minored in English.
Thom
Sherlock
Research Fellow
Thom has worked as a consultant for TechnoMetrica since 1996. He has
helped design and manage numerous polling projects, and has also written
analytical pieces for clients on topics ranging from electronic commerce
and voting patterns of the US Supreme Court to the advertising strategies
of the banking industry. Thom is also an Assistant Professor of Political
Science at the United States Military Academy at West Point. Thom
received his M.Phil. and Ph.D. degrees in Political Science from Columbia
University. He received his BA and MA degrees in Political Science
from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
